The powerful rechargeable Fenix ​​BC25R bicycle light delivers a luminous flux of up to 600 lumens (ANSI) with a range of up to 106 meters . The power is provided by a built-in Li-ion battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which is charged via a micro USB connector directly in the lamp. The light source is a modern Cree XP-G3 diode with a warmer shade of light (neutral white). The advantage of this shade of light is a more natural and contrasting color rendering in the terrain. The lamp uses a specially shaped reflector that directs the light only forward and to the sides, not upwards. The light cone is therefore sharply cut from above and does not dazzle other drivers and pedestrians . The Fenix ​​BC25R bicycle light is therefore particularly suitable for use on roads and cycle paths.

The design of the holder allows for quick mounting and removal of the handlebar light without the use of tools, and the holder also allows for quick removal of the lamp, so it can also be used as a high-performance hand light. The holder can be used on all common handlebars with a diameter of 20 to 32 millimeters.

The Fenix ​​BC25R also features a runtime extension feature. With prolonged use in all modes , it gradually reduces power in small increments to achieve longer runtimes of up to 36 hours in the lowest mode. Fenix ​​bike lights provide you with quality lighting for night training, regular commutes and endurance races.

All parameters of the lamp (luminous flux, battery operating time, water resistance and afterglow) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Fenix ​​BC25R bicycle light parameters

Using the Fenix ​​BC25R bike light

To turn the flashlight on or off, press and hold the button on the flashlight for about 0.5 seconds. You can switch the power modes at any time during operation by briefly pressing the button (they cycle in the order low - medium - high - turbo). Flashing can be activated by pressing the button twice quickly. Pressing the button again will return the flashlight to the previous mode.

Battery capacity indication: when the flashlight is off, press the button once briefly, then the indicator LED will light up for five seconds, indicating the battery charge status: One LED: 0 - 25% capacity. Two LEDs: 26 -50% capacity. Three LEDs: 51 - 85% capacity. Four LEDs: 86 - 100% capacity.

Low battery warning - if the battery capacity drops below approximately 20%, the flashlight will automatically switch to lower power modes to ensure the longest possible runtime (the flashlight cannot then be switched to higher modes). If the battery is critically low, the last indicator LED will start flashing. In such a case, we recommend charging the flashlight as soon as possible to prevent the protective electronics built into the battery from turning off and the light from going out.

Charging

  • Lift the rubber cover of the micro USB connector on the bottom of the flashlight and connect it to a computer, USB mains adapter or USB car adapter using the included USB cable. Alternatively, you can use any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector to charge.
  • During charging, the indicator LEDs flash to show the charging progress, and when fully charged, all indicator LEDs are lit.
  • Charging time is approximately 2.5 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the flashlight can be recharged at any time.
  • While charging, the flashlight can be used in an emergency, only the low 50 lumen mode is available. However, charging time will be extended.
  • After charging and removing the power cable, remember to seal the micro USB connector cap.

Notice

  • Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the lamp head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
  • If the flashlight flashes or does not light up, it means the battery is discharged. Charge it.
