Fitboard is an ideal tool for training balance and strength at the same time. In every sport, but also in everyday life, you engage the core of the body, whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete. RDB fitboard was developed to improve agility and build strength at the same time. You can perform a variety of exercises here, from static ones, where you stand only on the board and perform strength exercises using steel springs or rubber adapters, to balance exercises with weights. WHY MOTO DESIGN:

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Fitboard - 90 x 38 cm, made of high-quality beech wood, 1.8 cm thick. The board is surface treated with transparent varnish, laser engraved.
• Fitboard roller - roller length 44 cm is a combination of PVC and wood with a diameter of 16 cm with anti-slip tape.
• Protective bag - for fitboard 41 x 96 cm and fitboard cylinder 31 x 55 cm.
