Fitboard FIGHT II. is a second-generation fitboard; launched in 2022. Everything about it is revolutionary. Starting from the anti-slip surface finish, through the recessed mounting system for strength training equipment, to the clutter-free design.

Fitboard is an ideal tool for training balance and strength at the same time. In every sport, but also in everyday life, you engage the core of the body, whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete. RDB fitboard was developed to improve agility and build strength at the same time. You can perform a variety of exercises here, from static ones, where you stand only on the board and perform strength exercises using steel springs or rubber adapters, to balance exercises with weights. Fitboard improves overall body motor skills, builds strength and agility. It gives your movement a new dimension and, most importantly, endless fun.

WHY FIGHT DESIGN:

FIGHT design is the second collection from our workshop. We were interested in the idea of ​​the need for balance and stability in combat sports. These sports require physical strength and technical skills. But how important is the representation of balance and stability? 

These two factors ultimately play an important role. They have a significant impact on the performance of fighters. Training these skills is essential to achieving success in combat. Fighters should pay attention to their balance and stability and incorporate exercises and techniques that strengthen and refine them. Combined with technical skills and strength training, fighters can reach their maximum potential.

Balance allows a fighter to move effectively around the arena, respond to an opponent's attacks, and maintain control of their own body. Stability refers to the ability to maintain a firm stance and resist an opponent's attempts to throw the fighter off balance.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Fitboard - 90 x 38 cm, made of high-quality beech wood, 1.8 cm thick. The board is surface treated with transparent varnish, laser engraved.
Fitboard roller - roller length 44 cm is a combination of PVC and wood with a diameter of 16 cm with anti-slip tape.
Protective bag - for fitboard 41 x 96 cm and fitboard cylinder 31 x 55 cm.
