Isodrinx is a professional sports drink in bulk form , which when mixed with water provides your body with a quality dose of energy for physical activity. ISOtonic drink is intended for activities with very high intensity and relatively short duration (up to approximately 60 minutes).
Use the hypotonic drink during longer-duration activities (over 60 minutes) and during lower-intensity activities, 100 ml every 10 minutes.

Isotonic drinks have the same osmotic pressure as body fluids. Since human sweat has a lower osmolality than body fluids, it is necessary to pay attention to targeted and controlled dosing. The mineral content in sweat is inversely proportional to the ambient temperature (with increasing temperature, the concentration of minerals in sweat decreases), therefore, at temperatures above 25 °C, it is necessary to increase the amount of water used to prepare Isodrinx by 10 to 20%. With disproportionately increased consumption of isotonic drinks, electrolyte intake may be greater than their output, and therefore higher than the current need. This will lead to a concentration of their concentration in extracellular fluids and a disruption of the osmotic balance between extracellular fluid and cells.
