SR Suntour SP NCX 12 suspension seatpost spring replacement
The seatpost is supplied with a spring for a rider weight of approximately 65 - 90 kg, by replacing the spring with a softer or harder one, the range can be expanded.
The soft spring is designed for approx. 50 - 70 kg, the hard spring is designed for approx. 90 - 120 kg
The spring is designed for both lengths 350 and 400 mm.
To replace, simply unscrew the lower adjusting screw completely, remove the original spring and replace it with a new one, then use the adjusting screw to set the stiffness to the new range.
