Loan regulations

1) The right to use the movable property under this contract is reserved only to the lessee, who signed the contract, or to close persons designated by him, for non-commercial purposes. The lessee is responsible for all other persons.

2) By signing the handover protocol, the lessee confirms that he has been informed about the method of using the movable property, its maintenance and agrees with the condition of the vehicle upon takeover, described in the protocol.

3) Based on the rental agreement, the lessee undertakes to use the movable property in accordance with its intended purpose in order to prevent its damage or theft, including proper protection against theft and securing during transport. The lessee undertakes to comply with all regulations relating to traffic on roads and cycle paths and declares that he is qualified and authorized to use the movable property.

4) In the event of a defect in the technical condition of the movable property, the lessee undertakes to immediately inform the lessor and proceed with the vehicle (park/repair) based on his instructions.

5) To rent an electric bike, it is necessary to pay a refundable deposit as stated in the rental price list. Renting a bike is only possible after presenting at least two valid personal documents and their verification (ID card, passport, driving license).

6) The lessee may only be a person over 18 years of age who is fully capable of legal acts. The lessor reserves the right not to conclude a contract with a person who has reasonable grounds to fear that he or she may cause harm to himself or third parties when using the e-bike.

7) The rental fee is payable upon return of the rental item as a credit against the deposit. In the event of exceeding the deadline, the tenant is obliged to pay the rental fee in full, including a fee for exceeding the deadline in the amount of up to 200% of the rental price according to the Price List.

8) By signing the contract and handover protocol, the lessee assumes all responsibility for the borrowed item until the item is returned to the lessor. The use of the rented item by persons not listed in the contract is prohibited.

9) Riding an electric bike is at your own risk. The lessor is not responsible for any damage caused by the lessee to the item lent to them, to their own property, to other movable and immovable objects, to the health of the lessee or the health of others during the entire rental period.

10) In the event of damage, loss or theft of the rented item, the tenant is obliged to immediately notify the landlord of this fact. In the event of theft, the tenant is obliged to report this fact to the Police of the Czech Republic, as well as in the event of an accident where the damage exceeds CZK 5,000, personal injury or damage to third party property has occurred. The landlord does not insure the movable property against damage or theft, nor does it provide such insurance. The tenant has the right to conclude such insurance with a third party.

11) Reservations are made in person at the Lessor's store, by phone or by e-mail, at least two days in advance. The Lessor reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation, especially in cases where it is not possible to ensure the perfect technical condition of the electric bike.

12) These Rental Rules and Price List are available for inspection at the Lessor's premises at the Svět elektrokol store, Palackého třída 164, 61200 Brno or on the website

Rental price list

The prices listed in this Price List are for 1 e-bike. When renting 2 e-bikes at the same time, 10% is deducted from the total price, and when renting 3 or more e-bikes at the same time, 15% is deducted.

If you decide to purchase a new e-bike within two weeks of renting it, we will deduct the entire rental fee from the price of the bike.

Rental price list:

The refundable deposit is CZK 5,000 (five thousand crowns) for each e-bike. The deposit must be paid in cash upon receipt of the e-bike.
