If I choose a bike, is it possible to test it beforehand?

Yes, of course. There are covered areas in front of the store in Brno and Prague, so it is possible in any weather. In dry weather, a short ride around the store is also possible

I have selected a bike, but it cannot be added to the cart because it is "currently out of stock". Where can I find out if and when it will be in stock?

In some cases, when we know the delivery date from the manufacturer, the availability is stated in the description. In other cases, please contact us with a question about availability, for example via the contact form . Older models are usually not and will not be available. The last pieces of such models that are still available can then be found on sale.

I want an electric bike that you say is available "spring 2022". How do I place an order?

By email, by phone, or via the contact form . The e-shop will not allow you to order something that is not in stock yet.

Do you have all the items that are in stock on the e-shop and in the store?

We try to keep our stock availability up to date. Generally speaking, if you see a bike "in stock", we have it. However, we are not an inflatable and cannot have all models on display, and sometimes we have bikes reserved for customers and they remain "in stock" until payment is received. If you are planning to visit the store with a specific model in mind, we recommend that you contact us first by phone or via the contact form .

You have almost no cycling accessories on offer. Does this mean I won't buy, for example, a kickstand, mudguards or lights from you?

Each bike is specific and some accessories cannot be installed on some bikes. To avoid these mistakes, we solve the equipment of each bike individually. We can discuss the options by phone, or write your requirements in the note. In any case, we have a selection of accessories in stores.

What happens after the order is sent?

Immediately after sending your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. We will check your order, reserve the bike at the store or unpack and assemble it. We will inform you that your order is ready for pickup or has been handed over to the carrier.

I am from far away, what are the transportation options?

All our bikes are pre-checked and fully adjusted. To keep it that way until the first ride, it is ideal to transport them yourself on a carrier behind your car. If you do not have this option, we cooperate with the FOFR courier service, which usually delivers the bikes within 2 working days of handing them over. However, we have to remove the pedals from the bike, turn the handlebars and put them wrapped in a box. We compensate for this inconvenience by at least making the shipping free for you.

Is it possible to pay for the bike on delivery?

According to the price list and terms and conditions of the FOFR courier service, cash on delivery is 60 CZK + 1.7% of the total amount, which for an electric bike for 50,000 CZK is 910 CZK. Although we do not like it, we take the liberty of charging you an additional fee of 450 CZK for cash on delivery, so payment by bank transfer will always be more advantageous for both parties. If you still prefer payment on delivery, of course it is possible.
