Increasing the speed of the e-bike

We provide tuning of all types of Bosch, Yamaha, Brose, Panasonic, OLI, Bafang, Flyon, SyncDrive motors.

If you need your e-bike to help you reach speeds higher than 25 km/h, we offer professional unlocking of performance parameters for practically all established engines. The e-bike can then reach speeds of over 50 km/h, but always with the customer's awareness that, according to the current decree, it can no longer be operated on public roads and cycle paths. Using an e-bike with installed but inactive chip tuning may also be in conflict with the legislation. Different manufacturers also have different conditions for maintaining the warranty after unlocking the speed, ask at the store.

All chiptuning comes from PearControl sro , software unlocking for Bafang motors is done via the BESST communicator.

• Bafang motors in most cases offer the possibility of software unlocking the speed without intervention in the motor control unit. With this solution, the speed is unlocked permanently. For CAN BUS communication (triangular connector to the display - typically for M500 or M510 motors) there is a solution with the installation of a chip in the control unit, which allows you to activate and deactivate the unlocking at will while riding.


• When the chiptuning for Panasonic engines is turned on, the current speed is displayed incorrectly from a speed of 20 km/h. The " Full version " is a new generation chip that displays the speed correctly
  
  


• Different manufacturers have different spaces for the control unit connectors in the engine. Before purchasing chiptuning, we recommend consulting the specific choice with the store. In some cases, installation is not even possible.
  
  


• When installing the chip on Haibike Flyon models with carbon frames, it is usually necessary to replace the set of screws on the motor


• For newly purchased e-bikes, chip installation is free of charge. For other e-bikes, we charge an installation fee of usually 500 to 1000 CZK, depending on the complexity of the installation.

  The Bosch Smart system displays the next speed increase in tenths of km/h from a speed of 22.2 km/h. For example, at a speed of 37 km/h it displays 2 3.7 km/h. The display graphics are then slower. At the same time, chiptuning cannot be installed on the Bosch Smart system if they also have a wireless speed sensor under the rear wheel valve .


• 
  OLI - Crussis and OLI - PearControl are both chiptunings from PearControl. OLI - Crussis is supplied by Crussis from its stock, OLI - PearControl is supplied directly by the manufacturer PearControl with the certainty of the current software and hardware of the chip. Both variants can be used on any electric bike with an OLI motor. Any complaints about the chip are then resolved with the given supplier.
  
  


• In the event of a warranty defect on an engine with installed chip tuning, it is usually necessary to first have the e-bike serviced to assess the condition of the e-bike without the installed chip. This may extend the complaint procedure period, but without giving rise to the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the procedure exceeds 30 days.

Legislation:

The manufacturer (PearTune s.ro.) reserves the right to make changes. The instructions are an integral part of the device sold. By using the PearTune MSO device, the user undertakes to use the modified e-bike in accordance with the applicable legislation of the given country, including off-road, i.e. only on their own land or on land designated for this purpose. The user also acknowledges that operating the bike outside their own land with the PearTune MSO device turned off but installed may not be in accordance with the legislation. The manufacturer does not guarantee that the e-bike warranty will not be violated or that the e-bike system will not be damaged or blocked. The manufacturer disclaims liability for any damage, whether to health or property, associated with the installation or use of this device. The manufacturer holds a certificate of electromagnetic compatibility tests - compliance with EU regulations (CE marking) and a certificate on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances (RoHS marking).
