MONTANA MGX 27.5" represents a new generation of electric bikes, which, in addition to being equipped with top-notch components, pushes the range beyond the magical 200 km. In practice, this brings not only an almost unlimited power reserve for overcoming any elevation changes and difficult passages during cycling trips, as well as the certainty of range in all circumstances, but also the comfort of less frequent charging, which ultimately extends the battery life.
Thanks to the use of a new generation of battery cells, it was possible to maintain the compact dimensions of the battery in the slim frame line and pleasant weight parameters. The MONTANA MGX is optionally equipped with a Samsung battery with a capacity of 20 Ah (720Wh) or 25 Ah (900Wh), which will allow you to use the motor assistance carefree even during all-day trips.
The frame geometry with a cambered top tube provides full control and great handling even for shorter riders. The sophisticated design of the Montana MGX subtly emphasizes the slim lines of the frame and in the smaller frame size is tuned in women's color tones.
The quiet and powerful Bafang MAX Drive mid-drive motor, proven for its durability and reliability, is mounted in such a way that it seamlessly follows the battery line. The new Shimano Deore 5100 derailleur model with eleven speeds and a cassette with a range of 11-42 teeth takes care of the power transmission. The extended gear range allows you to perfectly use the engine's dynamics on steep climbs and a comfortable ride with a slower pedaling cadence at higher speeds. The new Shimano eleven-speed system shifts precisely and smoothly and was developed with the demands of mountain e-bikes in mind, including adequate durability and low maintenance requirements.
The Montana MGX's great riding performance is complemented by a proven Suntour XCM hydraulic suspension fork and reliable Tektro hydraulic brakes.
